We strive to respond to all service requests within 24 hours. Our goal is to get your garage door back in operation as quickly and safely as possible. However we are not open on the weekends and so you would receive a call back on Monday asap.

Once you submit the form, our secretarial team reviews your request. You will receive a follow-up call or email within one business day to discuss pricing and scheduling excluding Holidays or any other extenuating circumstances.

Will you be able to fix my door on the first visit?

Our service tech's do carry various common parts on their trucks but there is the possibility that we may not have the specific part you need. In that case we will discuss your options(Whether it is in stock, when we can come back with it, if you need to order it etc.) and proceed accordingly.
